Japanese intensive course

The intensive course consists of the beginner
classes, the intermediate classes and the advanced classes. These classes aim
to promote all-around communication ability (reading, writing, listening and
speaking).
Because the size of each class is small, the student can take substantial
lessons.
We offer the opportunity to speak with the students who are taking JSL
at @KOBE
YWCA. We issue the certificate of the course and the report in completing this
course. However, it is necessary to attend over 80% of classes and take the
designated test.
Beginners Course
The strong
point of this course the unification training in the four basic language skills
namely listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Students
can gain not only the ability to use spoken Japanese in daily conversation but
also the basic ability of reading and writing.
We offer
this course to the student who has just started to study Japanese or want to
study the basic Japanese.

Intermediate
The aim of
this course is reading and further synthesis of all four basic language skills.
Especially
we place an emphasis on expanding vocabulary and expressions and overall
comprehension of the Japanese language.
In this
course the students study Japanese with the textbook in the morning, and study
rapid reading, listening, conversation, grammar, Kanji(Chinese characters), composition, and Japanese culture and
social matters, etc.
